FinTech SaaS Sales Lead

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial SaaS sales representative to be part of a high growth FinTech firm.
You will be completing the entire sales process from prospect to close. You will be part of a driven team solving an important problem facing the investment management industry involving hedge fund, private equity, mutual funds and their investors and wealth platforms, in an environment which is fun and engaging.
You will:
  • Communicate with large numbers of prospects, through emails, phone calls and in-person
  • Schedule product demonstrations either in-person or online to showcase the capabilities of our tech platform and innovation we are bringing to the industry
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts and marketing materials
  • Participate in industry events, and generate social media engagement
  • Share client feedback with the product team to continually enhance the platform offering
  • Close deals and transition clients to the account services team
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a sales CRM system
  • Produce creative content for our newsletter and blog
You have:
  • 2-5 years proven track record selling tech subscription services
  • Experience selling to asset managers / GPs and asset owners / LPs preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Competitive drive to beat targets, positive attitude, incredible work ethic and superior catch-up skills
  • Ability to succeed within a high volume sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines and closing business. Fast to learn, organized and independent
  • Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills
  • Diligence in maintaining CRM, with experience with Hubspot or other similar - CRM sales systems

We are currently seeking a liason between client and product team at DiligenceVault.
You will:
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of DiligenceVault modules, both from a business use case and technical perspectives
  • Respond to client queries and troubleshoot any issues
  • Collaboarte with engineering teams on user feedback / feature requests
  • Drive successful product experience by proactively identifying user issues via internal alerts
  • Provide onboarding assistance, configuration advice, and business use case advice
  • Conduct user trainings
You have:
  • 1-3 years experience in product support, consulting, implementation, engineering, or technical problem-solving
  • Personable, clear, and informative communication style via email, on the phone, and in-person

Job Description

We're are looking for passionate Javascript developers with a fire to learn new technologies and execute them in the right framework.
You will:
  • Lead UI and work closely with our technical team to translate design concepts into fully functional & heavily tested applications
  • Be passionate about creating beautiful, simple, practical applications that are pleasant to use
You have:
  • At least 2-3 year of UI / Frontend development experience
  • You know your Javascript fundamentals very well and have knowledge of function scope & OO design patterns
  • Ability to work independently and ship production ready code
  • Work well in a modern agile software engineering environment (with source code control, dev / stage / prod release cycle)
  • Great attention to design
  • Clear, effective, and "proactive" communication skills
  • Knowledge of single page applications & responsive web design
