2022: DiligenceVault starts year with new senior hires and promotions

As DiligenceVault continues to grow at an incredible pace, our focus is to continue to build a scalable model to support our company’s long-term success through product innovation and by tapping into the incredible talent of our team.
As we grow the breadth and depth of our talent across the entire firm, including Client Service, Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering, we are excited to announce the following senior-level additions and promotions:

Alberto Cota joins us as Vice President of Operations at DiligenceVault, and is responsible for leading and scaling the firm’s operations.  Prior to joining DiligenceVault, Alberto was Principal and Chief Operating Officer of the Institutional Consulting Group at Goldman Sachs & Co., and held senior operating roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Man Investments, Bridgewater Associates, UBS and Citibank.  Alberto holds a Bachelor in Science in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School at Georgetown University, an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico City and is a member of the Securities Industry Institute at U. Penn Wharton.

Bill Elcock has been promoted to Head of Sales for DiligenceVault’s Due Diligence & Monitoring Solutions product line, where he will continue to drive new business development and client relationships for our fund and direct investing segment. Prior to joining DiligenceVault, Bill worked in the Private Funds Group at Brookfield Asset Management and in Private Markets Research at NEPC. Bill holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.

Catherine Zakoske Rush joins DiligenceVault as our Client Success Team Lead, responsible for leading DiligenceVault’s high-performing Client Success team ensuring a continued excellent client experience. Catherine has been in the Client Success space for over 10 years at various SaaS companies with extensive customer service, account, people management, and client onboarding experience. Catherine has an MA in Psychology from University of North Florida and a BA from New College of Florida.

Giulia Baiocchi has taken on a newly established role at DiligenceVault as Head of Partnership Initiatives, where she will be leading an effort to develop partnerships with innovative data, research and technology providers, as well as to provide enhanced functionality, interoperability, and connectivity to our users. Giulia started her career at UBS Investment Bank in London, and subsequently led the business development strategy for a number of fast-growing SaaS technology companies. Prior to assuming the Head of Partnership role, Giulia led the business development efforts of DiligenceVault in Asia as Director of APAC. She has a Master in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
